After kickoff, we collect access to your existing assets: website and domain, Google Business Profile, analytics accounts, and your CRM if you have one. We handle the technical setup from there. Most owners spend a few hours total during onboarding, then about an hour a month in strategy meetings.
After the foundation is in place. We don't launch campaigns until your tracking, CRM, and lead capture can measure and handle what the ads produce - otherwise you're paying for traffic you can't convert or attribute. Foundation work happens in the first weeks of the engagement, then campaigns go live with the reporting dashboard.
